HOT HIIT® HOME

HOT HIIT® HOME is a high intensity, full body, 50 minute workout that will sculpt and tone your body. All you need is your body weight, a bottle of water, your yoga mat, and a towel. Since no heat is required, the class does move faster and the toning intervals are longer. Mindful movement is emphasised and low impact modifications are given for each exercise, making this class achievable for everyone.

HOT HIIT® ORIGINAL

HOT HIIT® is a beat-based training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training(HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio. This 55 minute class burns fat and cre­ates long, lean mus­cles, with rapid results. It strengthens your core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity. 


HOT HIIT® is per­formed on a yoga mat. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and all HOT HIIT® classes are taught with an emphasis on mindful movement. 


Through consistent practice, you will gain health and flexibility and increase neuromuscular control. This will lead to good posture and strength throughout your body.

HOT HIIT® 2.0

Ready to level up?

HOT HIIT® 2.0 is a high intensity, full body, 55 minute workout. Grab a pair of light hand weights, or a couple of water bottles, for an added upper body section. This class does move faster than the original HOT HIIT® class, but is achievable for all ages and bodies. Low impact modifications are given for each exercise and the class is taught with an emphasis on mindful movement.

Join the Sweat Xpress!


HOT HIIT® Cardio-Xpress moves quickly, with a greater cardiovascular influence than the original class. Through this method of movement, you will burn the maximum amount of calories in only 40 minutes. HOT HIIT® Cardio-Xpress uses only body weight and modifications are given for each exercise, making it accessible to all fitness levels and ages.
